How do artists render the elusive depths of the individual, those hidden layers that escape the visible? How do symbolism and abstraction allow for a more nuanced understanding of individual AND collective identities? “Hidden Portrait” invites viewers to encounter the intangible—an immersive journey into memory, emotions, and the inner landscapes that shape each individual. This group exhibition proposes a reflection on personal, social, and cultural identity, encouraging the audience to explore their own hidden portraits and their choices about what to reveal or conceal.
